My first set of Valentine's cookies this year are extra special- they're my set of engagement cookies!!! :) I had a lot of fun putting these together and breaking out a few new decorating tools to make my aqua and black cookie-fied dreams come true.
This was my first time using isomalt- I used isomalt with a silicone mold in order to make edible diamonds. And then iced the plate with them.
They turned out so beautiful! I can't wait to use this technique again in the future. It was difficult to get a picture that really did my "diamonds" justice.
