I have to admit, I saw the idea for this cake in a magazine. It's still a pretty sweet watermelon resembling assemblage of cake though.! My favorite part is the streaks of different shades of green on the "rind" at the back of the cake- not that you can see that... the seeds are chocolate covered raisins.

Watermelon Cake
I have to admit, I saw the idea for this cake in a magazine. It's still a pretty sweet watermelon resembling assemblage of cake though.! My favorite part is the streaks of different shades of green on the "rind" at the back of the cake- not that you can see that... the seeds are chocolate covered raisins.
