Another Christmas coconut cake.! Granted the lettering is not the clearest...I think it's cute though :) I made a twisted gumpaste rope of red and white, and threw coconut snow on top of the contrasting icy blue icing.! I love penguins! So that's why they're on the cake. The penguins and the snowmen are all made out of gumpaste as well.
